Assignment 1 - title

The title alone suggests that we are subject to a chaotic world of distant localizations that seems to reduce our uncertainty by creating a global village; however, it is this very uncertainty—it is difference, separation, and skepticism—that establishes our identity. We develop this global village, we establish these interconnections between spatially segregated things, because we want to mitigate our uncertainties through interdependence—through the overlap of universes can we find truth.
